How do I add a new location to my account?

To add a new location, go to Add Business > Locations and click "Add Location". Enter your business Google Map link. Our system will automatically start monitoring reviews for that location.

How often are reviews updated in the dashboard?

Review updates depend on your subscription plan. Insight Essential checks once daily, Insight Pro checks twice daily, Insight Expert checks every 6 hours, and Insight Elite checks every 2 hours. You can see your current plan's update frequency in the Billing section.

What does the sentiment analysis show?

Our sentiment analysis uses AI to categorize reviews as positive, neutral, negative or mixed. It also breaks down sentiment by specific aspects like food quality, service, cleanliness, and value. This helps you understand exactly what customers love and what needs improvement.

Can I customize the review response templates?

Yes! In the Action Center, you can view AI-generated response suggestions and save them as templates for future use.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime from the Billing page. Click "Cancel Plan" and follow the prompts. Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again. You can also reactivate before the period ends if you change your mind.
