How do I change my subscription plan? +

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime through your account dashboard:

  • Go to Settings → Billing & Subscription
  • Click "Change Plan" and select your new plan
  • Confirm the change - it takes effect immediately
  • You'll be prorated for any plan differences

Why aren't my new reviews showing up? +

Review sync frequency depends on your plan. Here's what to check:

  • Essential Plan: Reviews sync once daily
  • Pro Plan: Reviews sync twice daily
  • Expert Plan: Reviews sync every 6 hours
  • Elite Plan: Reviews sync every 2 hours

If your reviews still aren't appearing after the expected timeframe, please verify your Google Maps business URL is correct in your profile settings.

How do I set up review notifications? +

Configure your notification preferences in your account settings:

  • Go to Settings → Notifications
  • Choose email frequency (daily digest, immediate, or weekly)
  • Select which types of reviews trigger alerts
  • Add additional email recipients if needed

Pro plans and above include special alerts for negative reviews.

Can I export my review data? +

Yes! All plans include data export capabilities:

  • Go to Reviews → Export Data
  • Choose your date range and format (CSV or Excel)
  • Select which data fields to include
  • Your export will be emailed to you within minutes

Exports include review text, ratings, dates, sentiment scores, and response status.
